A FREE five-week financial literacy education program, open to rising 5th to rising 8th grade students across the Nation!

Build Your Financial Future

The Young Money Matters Program at Financial Pathways Carolina is a five-week summer financial literacy program for rising 5th to 8th graders nationwide.

 

Led by a Certified Financial Education Instructorâ„ , students will explore essential topics such as saving, budgeting, investing, credit, and insurance through interactive activities and real-world scenarios. The curriculum promotes relevance and collaboration, equipping participants with foundational financial knowledge and the confidence to apply it in daily life.

Program Dates and Times

Below are the dates for our three program sessions. Each session will meet once a week, across five weeks. Program sessions will meet weekly via zoom, from 4:00pm EST - 6:00pm EST.

Monday Session

Our Curriculum

Financial Pathways Carolina takes a unique approach to each student's way of learning. Students will learn through interactive activities, engaging presentations, and real-world scenarios that demonstrate the practical application of finances. In alignment with financial literacy standards set by the National Financial Educators Council, our curriculum includes five financial literacy topics:​​
