By a student, for a student, Financial Pathways Carolina is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children for financial success.
Our Story
The journey began with a strong passion for finance and investing, leading the founder to recognize the insufficient focus on financial literacy for children. This realization inspired a vision aimed at fostering change for young students in North Carolina and beyond. Consequently, Financial Pathways Carolina was born, to empower the next generation by equipping young students with essential knowledge and guidance for a successful financial future. Together, we aim to improve financial literacy and promote confident decision-making for all.

Our Curriculum
Financial Pathways Carolina takes a unique approach to each student's way of learning. Students learn through interactive activities, engaging presentations, and real-world scenarios that demonstrate the practical application of finances. In alignment with financial literacy standards set by the National Financial Educators Council, our curriculum includes five financial literacy topics:​​​
1. Financial Psychology
2. Accounts, Savings, Budgeting and Investing
3. Income, Careers and Business
4. Credit, Debt and Loans
5. Risk Management and Insurance
Each topic is taught by a Certified Financial Education Instructorâ„ .
