Financial Pathways Carolina does not actively collect personal information beyond what is voluntarily provided through Google Forms for event sign-ups, and Wix Forms for opting in to communications. The only data processed is the email addresses and contact information submitted via these forms, solely for communication about the events or programs.

Email addresses and any other contact information voluntarily provided are used exclusively to confirm event registrations and send relevant updates. We do not share, sell, or retain this data beyond the event’s conclusion unless required for legal compliance.

Google Forms Compliance

Google Forms operates under its own privacy policy and security measures. Participants should review Google’s policies for details on how their data is handled by Google’s services. We ensure forms include transparency about the purpose of data collection (e.g., event coordination) and limit access to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

Email addresses are not retained nor used by Financial Pathways Carolina for any further communications after the given event or program, unless participants opt into future communications.
